Herbal teas and tinctures

Blood Sugar Support

Steady Sugar Tea

Tea

A warming, cinnamon-forward blend for daily blood sugar support, taken with meals when glucose tends to climb.

Ingredients

Cinnamon barkGymnema leafFenugreek seedGreen tea leafOrange peel

How to Use

Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 5–7 minutes, covered to keep the aromatic oils in. Drink one cup with or just after your two largest meals. Keep the leaves and brew fresh each time.

Cautions: Contains green tea, so avoid in the evening if caffeine affects your sleep. Gymnema and fenugreek may add to the effect of blood sugar medications — monitor your levels and speak with your prescribing clinician before combining. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Glucose Balance Tincture

Tincture

A concentrated berberine and gymnema formula for targeted metabolic support alongside diet and lifestyle work.

Ingredients

Barberry root (berberine)Gymnema leafCinnamon barkFenugreek seed

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in a little water, two to three times daily with meals. Start with one dose daily for the first week. Give it six to eight weeks of consistent use before judging results.

Cautions: Berberine can lower blood sugar and may amplify diabetes medications including metformin, insulin, and sulfonylureas — blood sugar should be monitored and medication adjusted only by your prescriber. It interacts with several medications through liver enzymes and is not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use under professional supervision if you take any prescription medication.

Hormonal Balance

Cycle Ease Tea

Tea

A mineral-rich, calming blend for the second half of the cycle — the weeks when mood, sleep, and cramping tend to shift.

Ingredients

Chaste tree berryRed raspberry leafLemon balmNettle leafRose petals

How to Use

Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of just-boiled water, covered, for 7–10 minutes. Drink one to two cups daily, ideally from ovulation through the start of your period. Best used consistently for at least three cycles.

Cautions: Chaste tree acts on the pituitary and is not appropriate alongside hormonal contraception, fertility medications, or hormone replacement therapy. Avoid if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive. Speak with your practitioner first if you take any prescription medication or have thyroid disease.

Vitex Balance Tincture

Tincture

Our most-requested hormone formula — chaste tree supported by adaptogens and hormone-balancing botanicals.

Ingredients

Chaste tree berryBlack cohosh rootAshwagandha rootWild yam root

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in water once daily in the morning. Chaste tree is slow and cumulative — allow three full cycles before assessing results. Do not take in the evening, as it can be mildly stimulating for some people.

Cautions: Do not use alongside hormonal contraception, fertility medications, or hormone replacement therapy, and stop if you are pregnant or trying to conceive. Black cohosh is not used with a history of hormone-sensitive cancer or liver disease without clinician involvement. Ashwagandha may affect thyroid and sedative medications. Use under professional supervision.

Gut Health

Soothing Gut Tea

Tea

A silky demulcent blend that coats and calms an irritated digestive tract — our go-to for reflux, gastritis, and an unsettled belly.

Ingredients

Slippery elm barkMarshmallow rootChamomile flowerFennel seedPeppermint leaf

How to Use

Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of hot (not boiling) water for 8–10 minutes. Drink one cup before meals, or a cup in the evening for a calmer gut and better sleep. Because of the mucilage, take it at least two hours away from medications.

Cautions: The mucilage in slippery elm and marshmallow root can slow the absorption of medications — separate this tea from prescriptions by at least two hours. Drink plenty of water alongside it. Avoid if you have a known allergy to elm pollen or to plants in the aster family (chamomile).

Gut Repair Tincture

Tincture

A deeper formula for ongoing gut work — calming the lining while supporting a healthy inflammatory response and comfortable digestion.

Ingredients

Marshmallow rootSlippery elm barkLicorice root (DGL)Ginger rootTurmeric root

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in a little warm water, two to three times daily before meals. Best used in a course of eight to twelve weeks alongside dietary changes, then reassessed.

Cautions: Not for use with high blood pressure, kidney disease, or low potassium — licorice root can raise blood pressure and deplete potassium. Use the DGL form only as formulated here, and avoid prolonged high-dose use. Turmeric may interact with blood thinners. Take two hours away from medications because of the mucilage content.

Nerve Health

Nerve Calm Tea

Tea

A softly sedating nervine blend for the tension, twitching, and restless nights that come with nerve discomfort.

Ingredients

Lemon balm leafPassionflowerSkullcapOatstrawChamomile flower

How to Use

Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of just-boiled water, covered, for 7–10 minutes. Drink one cup in the evening, or a cup in the afternoon and another before bed during flare-ups.

Cautions: These herbs are mildly sedating — do not combine with alcohol, sedatives, or sleep medications, and avoid driving after a strong cup. Passionflower and skullcap may add to the effect of anti-anxiety and blood-thinning medications. Not for use during pregnancy without professional guidance.

Nerve Restore Tincture

Tincture

A targeted formula for ongoing nerve support — the classic nerve herb paired with calming nervines and circulation support.

Ingredients

St. John's Wort flowering topsLemon balm leafPassionflowerGinkgo leaf

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in water, two to three times daily with food. Nerve support builds slowly — allow six to eight weeks of consistent use before assessing results.

Cautions: St. John's Wort has significant drug interactions and must be checked against every medication you take. It speeds the breakdown of hormonal contraception, blood thinners, immunosuppressants, some HIV and cancer medications, and certain heart drugs, and it risks serotonin syndrome with antidepressants, triptans, or tramadol. It can cause photosensitivity — use sun protection. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not to be started without professional guidance.

Metabolic & Weight Support

Metabolic Green Tea

Tea

A bright, tart daily blend that supports metabolism and steady blood sugar while curbing the afternoon sweet craving.

Ingredients

Green tea leafHibiscus flowerGinger rootGymnema leafSpearmint leaf

How to Use

Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of hot (not boiling) water for 4–5 minutes — longer makes it bitter. Drink two to three cups daily between meals, and stop by early afternoon so the caffeine does not disturb sleep.

Cautions: Contains caffeine — use cautiously with anxiety, insomnia, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, or reflux, and avoid in the evening. Green tea can reduce iron absorption, so separate it from iron-rich meals and supplements by two hours. Gymnema may add to the effect of blood sugar medications. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Craving Balance Tincture

Tincture

A bitter-forward formula for appetite and blood sugar support when cravings are the hardest part of the plan.

Ingredients

Gymnema leafGreen tea extractBitter melon fruitFenugreek seed

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in water 20 minutes before your two largest meals. Gymnema temporarily dulls the taste of sweetness, which is part of how it works on cravings.

Cautions: May add to the effect of blood sugar medications including insulin, metformin, and sulfonylureas — monitor your levels and speak with your prescriber before combining. Contains caffeine from green tea extract. Fenugreek may interact with blood thinners and thyroid medications. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Prostate Health

Prostate Comfort Tea

Tea

A gentle daily blend for urinary comfort and healthy prostate function — best drunk earlier in the day.

Ingredients

Nettle rootSaw palmetto berryPomegranate peelCorn silkGinger root

How to Use

Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 oz of just-boiled water, covered, for 7–10 minutes. Drink one to two cups daily, finishing by early evening so it does not add to nighttime trips to the bathroom.

Cautions: Saw palmetto can theoretically affect PSA readings and blood clotting — tell your clinician you are taking it and stop two weeks before any planned surgery. Use caution with blood thinners and hormonal medications. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Any new urinary symptoms, blood in the urine, or difficulty urinating should be evaluated by a clinician rather than treated with herbs alone.

Prostate Support Tincture

Tincture

The concentrated four-herb prostate formula — saw palmetto supported by pygeum and nettle root, with turmeric for inflammation.

Ingredients

Saw palmetto berryPygeum barkNettle rootTurmeric root

How to Use

Take 2 mL (about 40 drops) in water once daily with food, or 1 mL twice daily. Prostate change is slow — allow eight to twelve weeks before judging results.

Cautions: Saw palmetto can affect PSA readings and blood clotting — tell your clinician, and stop two weeks before planned surgery. Use caution alongside blood thinners, hormonal medications, or finasteride and similar drugs, and only with medical supervision. Turmeric may interact with blood thinners. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. New or worsening urinary symptoms require a clinician's evaluation, not herbs alone.
